Step 1: Identify the problem & examine the wall. If you find any powdery under the paint film, do as per the below suggestions-
Surface Preparation -
- Remove the unstable paint film altogether by scrapper or high-pressure water jet. Allow the surface to dry completely before painting.
Step 2: Scrape off the loose paint film & clean the surface
Step 3: Apply 1 coat of Hi-bond Wall Sealer or Acrylic 5170 Wall Sealer
